Positioned towards the top of the estate within a short walking distance to the grassed picnic area and foot path leading to Loughrigg Tarn. Offering private parking outside the lodge. This lodge has a couple of small steps leading to the decked area and main door. Secure private decked area with outside furniture.
A compact well equipped kitchen leads off the open plan living and dining area, with full electric oven, separate grill and extractor, electric hob, microwave, and full fridge freezer.
The lounge consists of a two seat leather sofa and two comfy chairs for relaxing on while watching TV/DVD, reading a book or planning the next day’s adventures. With electric wood burner effect heater, large panel heater and patio doors leading out to the secure decked area.
The double bedroom has built in wardrobes and large chest box, dressing table and double doors leading to the patio area. There is a decent sized second bedroom also with fitted wardrobe bunk beds and a single bed.
The bathroom has a modern three-piece suite with slate tops, with an electric shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is a mirrored cabinet, shaver point and an electric towel rail.
