About Seathwaite Tarn
Private parking for 2 cars. Small decked area to the right of front door, decked porch leading from the lounge and main bedroom patio doors, with table and chairs for dining alfresco.
Enter to the open plan kitchen/dining area. The compact well equipped kitchen has plenty of storage, electric oven with extractor, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment.
The open plan living allows you to be able to prepare and serve food while entertaining friends or family who maybe relaxing in the lounge area. The lounge consists of a 2 seater sofa and 3 comfy chairs, flat screen TV, DVD, an electric fire heater and electric panel/storage heater wall mounted between the dining area and lounge.
The double bedroom has built in wardrobes and dresser unit, with a free standing electric heater, hairdryer and alarm clock. The twin bedroom has full sized single beds, with ample space for a travel cot. This room also has fitted wardrobes and dresser unit.
The bathroom has a three-piece suite with shower cubicle with a Mira electric shower, WC, wash hand basin and shaver point.

Out and About
Set amongst the private Estate of Neaum Crag, Seathwaite Tarn Lodge offers walking from all directions. Why not park up and leave the car for your stay, with the Langdale Rambler 516 bus route a 10minute walk from the lodge which runs every hour within the main tourist season.
The Villages of Ambleside, Grasmere and Coniston are a few miles away. There are plenty of outdoor stores for picking up walking, climbing and biking essentials, dog friendly cafes, restaurants and public houses offering food.
You can hop on one of the Windermere Lake Cruises at Waterhead Ambleside, taking the full length journey of the lake down to Lakeside and enjoy afternoon tea at the Lakeside Hotel, or visit the steam railway also at Lakeside.
After a busy day out exploring the area why not enjoy a dip in the onsite swimming pool, or by relaxing on the decked area with a book and a glass of your favorite tipple.
